Place the cylinder over the entire nipple and areola and turn the knob. This will create suction by removing the air in the cylinder. You can tighten them just a bit and after about 10 minutes you can remove them: your nipples should be a bit bigger and more sensitive for about 30 minutes. Yes it is only temporary. Keep twisting for more intense pressure. Just don’t leave them on too long, like 20 min max, as it is not good to cut off circulation anywhere for too long. If you make them really tight you could get a bruise.
I find they are made a bit cheap. They jam easily and the inside post does not move up or down. If that happens, push the inside post up with a finger when turning the knob and they should move again. I tried them on me and they worked fine. If you use a little bit of pressure, as soon as you let go of the toy it will fall off. The cylinder will only stay put if you put it on pretty tight. They do not work at all on a hairy man’s nipple. For me this was a big disappointment. I however could use it on other hairless body parts.
