      The product arrived quickly but immediately after installing the batteries I found that it didn't work. Tried everything possible with the batteries but no luck. An email to customer service (and then some back and forth) and I was sent a new one. Unfortunately, that one did just as badly. I definitely don't recommend this product. Once can be a coincidence but twice is just not right.
